🔐 Privacy Policy

At DNA Club, your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to keep you updated and informed about our programs and events.

📆 Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens! Here's how we handle cancellations:

Clinics & Drop-In Sessions

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

• Less than 24 hours: no refund (unless weather or emergency).

Private Lessons

• 24+ hours notice required to reschedule or cancel without penalty.

• No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.

Leagues & Tournaments

• Refunds available only before the registration deadline.

• After that, entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by DNA Club.

Weather Cancellations

• We will notify you via text (if sign up for text alerts) or email if your session is canceled due to weather.

• Credits or reschedules will be offered when possible.

📸 Photography & Media Release

By attending DNA Club events, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during play for promotional purposes.

These images may appear on:

• Social media

• Newsletters

• Flyers or marketing materials

• Our website
