DNA Tennis/Pickleball Camp is focused on creating a fierce and fun atmosphere for teenagers to come take their tennis & or Pickleball to the next level. DNA priority is to foster connection and tailoring the experience to the player and more than just the player, the junior as a whole.
We’re dedicated to bringing the community together through fun, fitness, and friendly competition. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, there’s a place for you here.
levels
Beginner Level: players of any skill level and background. Campers will learn fundamentals and improve upon their game.
Intermediate Level : players who are currently on their high school team and wanting to move up the ladder or those planning on making the high school team.
Advanced Level: players who are at the tournament level looking to improve their tournament results, learn winning strategies, and work on mental toughness.
day schedule
9:30–10:00 am | Players and parents will check in with the coaches.
10:00–10:30 am | Players will begin each day with dynamic warm ups, hand-eye coordination activities, footwork, and team games to kick off the day on an energetic and fun note.
10:30–11:00 am | Players will then be divided into groups based on their experience and ability for on-court training.
11:00–11:15 am | Players will take a brief break to recharge with snacks and water.
11:15–12:30 pm | Players will continue their on-court training. Games and drills will be inserted into the exercise to keep interest and energy levels up.
12:30–1:30 pm | Players will be encouraged to eat together and make new friends over healthy meals.
1:30–2:30 pm | Match play! Players will learn how to play points and matches in a fun and friendly environment.
2:30–3:15 pm | Players will have the option to cool off in the pool or continue match play.
3:15-3:30 pm | Players are picked up by a parent or otherwise communicated.
